Whiteboard Calendar at home
Dwayne Melancon has implemented a whiteboard for calendar for the family. He called it Air traffic control for the family. He and her wife use two dry-erase calendars and attach it to their refrigerator - one being represents the current month and second one represents the next month to communicate each of the family members’ schedules for the months:
… At the beginning of each month, we:
* Move the new month to the top
* Erase last month’s calendar
* Fill in the dates for next month
* Fill in any commitments we know about
* Put next month’s calendar at the bottom on the fridgeAs we go through the month, we can easily deal with adds, removes, and changes to our schedules…
Two months setup sounds pretty useful as you can let your family know your schedule at least one month in advance.

Yeah, I was thinking the same, but am not sure how I feel about everyone who visits the kitchen knowing about the “Dr’s Appt to Chck Itching”

You have lots of them type of appointments do you Randy?
I think this is a great idea. Off to the shops to get some little whiteboards!

Pretty neat use of a whiteboard, although I second Randy’s comment.
I remember seeing a system like this on TLC where a family tracked their
children’s good deeds.
Here is a whiteboard that might work for this. Month-to-Month Modular Calendar.
I found it on David Seah’s Site. He seams to be a big fan.
It won’t fit on your fridge but it would be perfect if you have the wall space to spare.
They seem a bit pricey but they’ve got a variety of whiteboards for
different uses and they look well made.
