Tray it! Move your windows to System Tray
When you have 20 applications running on your system, it is very hard to manage as those windows will cluttered on your taskbar. You can use this utility to minimize your application to system tray instead and make your taskbar more organized:
TrayIt! allows to save precious Taskbar space for minimized windows. For each application which applies TrayIt! it creates a small icon in the System Tray. (System Tray area is located near the Clock). When application’s window is minimized this icon represents the application on the Taskbar instead of the regular “minimized rectangle”.

Hi,
There is another freeware available called 4t Tray Minimizer Free (http://www.4t-niagara.com/tray.html) that you can use for this.
I think it handles DOS windows better than Tray-it does.
It adds a couple of buttons next to the usual minimize, maximize, close buttons that allow you to hide / tray-ize the application, without having to remember keyboard shortcuts, for those of you who would like to just “mouse-it”.
