The Hidden Secrets of Your Dreams

Dreams, to most people, don’t seem like a very significant part of life. They may entertain your for a few moments after you wake up, and get on with your day. Dreams can give you much more than just a few seconds of entertainment. Here are just a few of the things dreams could you help you with in your waking life.

  • Practice something you’re anxious about, like a performance.
  • Insight to the futre.
  • Releasing fears or past drama.
  • Learn whatever you want in a lucid dreams.

Let me explain what lucid dreams entail. A lucid dream is a dream in which you are aware of the fact that you are dreaming. This allows you to take control of what you are doing. Then, all you have to do is imagine what you want to do in your dream! You could solve math equations, figure out problems in waking life, talk to old friends, ancestors, famous people and whatever else you can imagine. This is such an untapped resource for learning and experiencing new things, and you have all the time in the world develop your dreaming skills.
