Keep a journal = too much like work for the truly lazy… like trying to keep up with a blog. I’m a big fan of the rest of the list though.

I think that’s a great list of things to build a happy and healthy life.

    I would add:
    * Dance regularly
    * Join a choir or other musical group

    But…

As a list for “lazy” people, you might as well say: “don’t be lazy.”

Laziness isn’t necessarily a switch you can turn off. It is something that does need work to fix. Think of it as basically chewing nails, it’s just a really bad habit.

    Hi there,
Thanks for the responses to my article.

Personal development is far from a lazy task but the idea of the article was to reach people who wouldn’t normally consider personal development as something they would be into.

My aim is to keep things simple. To cut through the jargon and hopefully help some people.

I have some more articles in the pipeline
    including:
How to Increase Self Esteem for Lazy People
How to Avoid the Gym and still get exercise for lazy people.
    Personal Finance for Lazy People.
How to be Assertive for Lazy People.
How to Let go of Perfectionism when you are not that perfect for lazy people…

So hopefully the “lazy” audience will be there to read them!

    Thanks again!
    Allen
