Preview Image on your taskbar

Visual Task Tips is a free utility that may increase your productivity. How? It adds a thumbnail preview for each of the task in your Windows taskbar, so that you can preview what’s going on to your windows before switching it. Things like monitoring if the site has loaded completely before switching over may save you a bit of time.
