Harrycs on his Flickr has posted his way of using how to use his calendar printout and fit into his moleskine notebook. It is a very good way to seperate moleskine ruled pages for todo and note taking, and at the back for time and schedule.

I use the printable calendars from http://www.douglasjohnston.net/weblog/archives/2005/06/11/diyp2_hipsterpda/ here–on the back cover I paste a year calendar (over the pocket) and on the last two pages I paste the monthly calendar (since I generally go through about one a month). I’ll also occasionally paste other templates when needed. They fit perfectly :).
I’m looking for a good source for moleskine in the US. Anyone have them at an economic price at a preferred outlet?
