I saw this post yesterday and it motivated me to comment on how to use Google’s CL2 (Calendar) to run my GTD. This saves me from having to use 2 applications - One for time mang of events and another for GTD.

This looks like it was once a great list, unfortunately it has now turned into a real mess. Spammers have been loading it with obscene trash, and the anonymity with which “voting” happens makes it easy for the system to be abused. At last check, only 1 product had more than a 50% approval and all other listings seem to have had their rankings seriously abused, including well established titles like Remember the Milk, and GTDInbox (for Gmail). I can’t even visit the list right now because the whole site is down (a frequent problem.)

If anyone is looking for an alternative. Priacta’s GTD Software Comparison is an unbiased, openly researched, list of GTD software. New titles are added frequently and the list is updated almost daily. The list contains all of the GTD capable titles from the Listible list, but none of the spam.

tracking goals and todo list, and time tracking, etc, it is called GoalsOnTrack.com. It’s free at http://www.goalsontrack.com.
