Learn Science Through Videos
MAKE Magazine, a source of endless interesting projects and ideas, posted a link to a science video podcast done by a high school teacher in Indiana and his students. You can learn about thermodynamics, and boiling and more.
Any way to get information into our heads in a non-traditional way ends up being a great way to learn, because the experience adds to our ability to remember the information.

MAKE also has ads from this netflix-esque source of technical know-how videos. I haven’t used it but it looks uber cool.
