- Switch off email
- Isolate myself
- Greed and guilt
- Stop with the blog already
- Get up early
- Little treats
- Chunking
- Go full screen
- Shitty first draft
- Change location
“Go full screen” is probably the most useful – it really hides all those distractions from taskbar and icons. Chris introduced WriteRoom for Mac, which doing the exact function.
