Converting Documents to PDF Online
I want to introduce you a service called PDF Online which provides a free document conversation from different document formats (RTF, TXT, DOC, XLS, PPT etc) into PDF. You can also convert PDF to HTML as well:
… PDF Online (formerly goBCL / goHTM) provides you with quick and free document conversion into PDF and HTML formats. As a web-based server solution, PDF Online allows you to convert documents automatically, from your PC or your Mac, from your home or your office…from anywhere in the world!
PDF Online lets you submit documents from your web browser. PDF Online then processes your document and, within minutes, generates and emails you an accurate PDF or HTML (complete with JPEG files) representation of your document. Although the service can process files of any size, we have imposed a maximum upload file size of 2MB…
Supported formats are DOC, PPT, GIF, RTF, PPS, PNG, XLS, BMP, WMF, TXT, JPG, EMF, HTML, and TIFF.

http://www.sf.net/projects/pdfcreator converts to PDF on your own computer. There’s no need to send your files over the internet to a third party to convert them.

“a free document conversation”
Hmmm . . . really? Or did you mean to write conversion instead? Either way, I think that’s a great service, especially for folks on the run, popping in and out of clients’ offices where no PDF tool can be found but everyone demands that the thing you’re working on be e-mailed out as a PDF attachment.
Thank you!
