Coffee contains health-giving antioxidants

Remember we have talked about Coffee - Is it the evil drink?. Recent study showed that Coffee contributes antioxidants, which linked with fighting heart disease and cancer. It is also surprised that the research showed coffee has more antioxidants than fruit and vegetables.

It has not proved on how much the body can absorb Coffee’s antioxidants. It is also noted that both caffeinated and decaffeinated coffee has similar level of antioxidants, for someone who concerns about caffeine intake.

How good is antioxidants?

… Antioxidants help to rid the body of harmful free radicals, destructive molecules that damage cells and DNA. They have been linked to a number of health benefits, including protection against heart disease and cancer. Studies have associated coffee drinking with a reduced risk of liver and colon cancer, type two diabetes, and Parkinson’s disease…

So, consider to drink decaffeinated coffee per day.
