People are not getting cancer younger and younger these days, the media is just sensationalizing the issue so people are more freaked out by it. The fact is, cancer rates are falling overall due to improved screening and knowlege of how they come to be. Having said that, all of the tips given have been shown to decrease incidence of cancer, as well as myriad other health problems and are all highly recomended by the medical profession. Especially smoking. Smoking causes so many different health problems it is not even funny, and many of these conditions leave people gasping for air until they eventually die, or writhing in agony until they die. Not fun stuff. So stop smoking.
