Sudoku

Studies show that brain exercise could help improving brain function, and slow down the mental decline, as the days go by. Dawn Sagario at DesMoinesRegister suggests 8 ways which you can do to keep your brain active and improve mental function:

  • Play head games.
  • Train your brain: Memory, Visualization, Reasoning
  • Prepare Taxes.
  • Build your “cognitive reserve”.
  • Remember passwords.
  • Rethink your crossword puzzle.
  • Learn Language or Mechanical skill.
  • Exercise your Body.

You don’t have to do them all, but the important thing is to pick the one that interests you the most. You can enjoy it, and you could use the opportunity to exercise your brain.
