    For me a good chair makes all the difference, it is worth spending a bit more money than you usually would.

    those are some good tips, yeh having a good chair is very important. I’d also say that having a good desk would be nice, because if your desk is too high or too low, it can be awkward. Great blog, by the way.

    A good way to relax at my workplace is to use cool sound and good scents. I like and pebble water fountain that runs water down the pebbles. I keep this near my desk.
