Listen to books in the public domain

20070305-loudlit.JPG

Loudlit.org offers free audio downloads of books in the public domain. Loudlit is a little different from Librivox because it allows you to download the audio books or listen to a high quality streamed version in your browser. Additionally, Loudlit prints the book in your browser so you can follow along as you listen without downloading anything. Loudlit seems to be a nice resource for lunch breaks when you’re not in the mood to do some reading of your own.
