Elements of Effective Communication You Can't Afford to Miss


Effective communication is one of the essentials of success. People who have superb communication skills, compared to equally intelligent and skilled employees, climb up the corporate ladder much faster. If you can express yourself well and communicate your thoughts to colleagues in a clear way, you can become successful much faster. I personally have observed this in my work as a broadcaster working in the TV and radio industries for 18 years.

With regards communication, I am proud to say I have a super mentor — Brian Tracy. Brian is educated in an unorthodox way, however, it has been proven that it’s effective. Look at where he is now. And when I listen to him, lo and behold, I’m awed, he is much better than many instructors I have had in college. Obviously his communication skills are effective. He leads a widely received organization, Brian Tracy International.
