Like many writers, I have a wide array of life experience from which to draw ideas and content for my writing projects. My best work to date is derived from a major turning point in my life that lifted me out of "same old, same old" and propelled me into a completely new way of living. The recovery community calls this feeling "being rocketed into the fourth dimension." The result of that huge shift was B Here Today, a blog meant to draw a balance between the world as it is--helping us accept what is happening "out there"--by learning how to be at peace with "in here." I invite you to visit me here (http://bheretoday.com) for a sampling of my work. My site features a free ebook called B Here On Purpose, 30 pages of actual areas of life where I find it necessary to apply presence and mindfulness. Please join the B Here Today community and find us on Facebook and Twitter as well!
