Q: I can’t login.

After creating a Lifehack account here, a confirmation email will be sent to you. You will not be able to login unless you have confirmed your account. If you haven’t received any confirmation email, please sign up again and make sure you enter the correct email address.

Q: I can’t save the posts.

To use the save button, you should create  a Lifehack account here.

Once you have confirmed your account, you can start to save posts by clicking on the brown save button next to each article title.

Once you have saved a post, a grey box with a confirmation message will pop up to indicate that you have successfully saved the post.

The word “Save Post” in the brown button will be changed to “Post Saved”, and the article will be saved to your collection.

 

Q: I can’t find the “save post” button

The “save post” button only shows up when you’ve logged in. If you have registered a Lifehack account but can’t see the button, please login here and visit the post you would like to save again.
 

Q: Is Lifehack newsletter free?

Lifehack newsletter will always be free and we won’t charge you any extra fees for that. If anyone asked you to pay for Lifehack newsletter, please contact us.

 

Q: I want to unsubscribe from Lifehack newsletter.

If you don’t want to receive newsletters from Lifehack anymore, simply click “unsubscribe” at the bottom of the newsletter. If you can’t find the link to unsubscribe the emails from us, contact us and copy the email subject to us so that we know what type of email you’re referring to.

 

Q: I have received emails from other companies after I subscribed to Lifehack.

We promise that we won’t give your email address to third parties. Your email address will only be kept in Lifehack. If you got emails from other companies after subscribing to Lifehack, please contact us and describe to us the email you have received in details.

 

Q: I want to cancel my account.

If you want to cancel your Lifehack account, send your request to us here.

 

Q: I’ve found that Lifehack got my photo without permission.

Lifehack automatically grabs your profile picture from the email associated with your gravatar account.
